This 10 meter long screen was invented by students at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands, and I'm just hoping that there's a rational application for its use in at least one aspect of my life, because I'm pretty sure I need one. I just haven't figured out why.
How does it work? Apparently there are six cameras and 16 infrared lights behind the screen, which, when touched, reflects light back to the cameras. The cameras then interpret the location of the touch and translate it back visually on the screen. Or something. Watch the video!
