Nethosting.com guarantees 100% Network Availability. We know you can't stand down time and neither can we. We are a 100% Cisco network with redundancy at every point on the network. Our Data Center is a Tier 4 facility with redundant fiber entrances, redundant generators, redundant cooling and redundant network components.

How long can my account be inactive for non-payment before it is cancelled?

Nethosting.com does not offer a grace period for non-payment.  If our Billing department has not received payment by the due date, your account will inactivate.

What are your Tech Support hours?

Currently our support staff is available by phone, email or chat between the hours of 8 A.M. to 10 P.M. MST, Monday through Friday. We will soon be expanding our Support availability.  Our administration team is on call 24/7. If you need help outside of our normal hours, our support staff can be reached in emergencies at our normal support phone number.  After hours support inquiries may incur additional charges for custom labor.

What is your Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)?

What is your cancellation policy?

Without exception, accounts may be cancelled only after written notice is received by our Billing Department. This can be done via e-mail to billing@nethosting.com, fax, U.S. mail or hand-delivered note. The notice must contain the customer's user ID and password. Customers may not cancel any service via telephone.

Where can I find my terms of service agreement?

The Terms of Service agreement is the last step before online checkout when signing up for a service on our website.  You must read and accept these terms before proceeding to checkout. For account sign up over the phone, the account Terms of Service will be included in account information emailed or faxed to you.
