Can I buy additional IPs for my VPS?

Yes you can. Additional IP addresses can be ordered through our customer service office. Please see the contact information at the top of the page.

Can I buy extra storage or bandwidth for my VPS?

You can increase your storage amount by simply upgrading to a higher level account package than what you currently have.  This will also increase your available system memory (RAM). Upgrading your storage without upgrading your RAM would not increase performance and would cost about the same. An account upgrade will also provide an increased monthly transfer limit.

Can I upgrade my VPS down the road?

Yes, and you don't even have to reload anything. All we do is suspend your VPS, expand the disk size and/or RAM, and then restart it. When it loads back up it will show the increase in RAM and/or disk size.
